Lauren Federico is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga Instructor for Children. Her practice of yoga teaches children a creative and unique style that kids enjoy from the first class on.

Yoga for children is a fun, and innovative form of exercise. Yoga poses are taught through songs, dance and stories. These postures encourage balance, coordination, and self expression. During Lauren’s class, the children will exercise and develop self esteem in a natural, playful manner!

Lauren teaches children ranging from 3-13. She is available to teach one-on-one instruction, small or large groups, birthday parties, schools, girl scout troops etc… Will travel to anywhere in South Shore area.
