Stacey Shipman is the founder of Healthy South Shore and a frequent speaker and consultant to women who want to increase success and confidence as speakers, leaders and professionals.
Drawing from a decade in the corporate world, more than fifteen years as a wellness educator, and her own personal experience, Stacey is proud to create a resource that offers a practical and integrated approach to living a healthy, satisfying lifestyle.
Stacey has held various leadership positions on the South Shore including past-President and Board member of the South Shore Women’s Business Network; co-founder and Past-president of the Hanover, MA chapter of Toastmasters International; and past co-director of the Downtown Women’s Club. Stacey currently serves as an Ambassador for the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.
In 2011 South Shore Stars named her one of the region’s 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders.
Stacey has been quoted in the Patriot Ledger, South Shore Living Magazine, the Randolph News and other media outlets as a yoga/wellness expert. She currently contributes to online media outlets including Hingham Patch and SouthShoreWoman.com.
Stacey is the author of the guidebook Experience Less Stress, More Success: Networking for Business; creator of the audio CD Let it Flow: Short Guided Meditations; and author of the forthcoming e-book Feel Your Best: 7 Key Ingredients to Increase Health, Confidence and Success.
In addition, Stacey enjoys volunteering her time to organizations dedicated to improving the health, well-being and confidence of adult and teenage women. Her community involvement includes roles as a Big Sister, volunteer instructor for the Girl Scouts, volunteer instructor for the Center for Women and Enterprise, and a volunteer counselor for Children’s Hospital Pacemaker Camp.
Stacey received her B.A in marketing and M.Ed both from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is a certified yoga instructor currently teaching two classes on the south shore.
